Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs, no questions asked.

Products must be in the same condition you received them – that means new, totally untouched, and 100% resellable.

All tags and packaging must be intact - items not intact are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Final sale items that cannot be returned, but they will be clearly identified as "final sale".

Custom orders are final sale and not refundable unless there is a product defect.

Insurance Policy

LOST UNINSURED PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO ONLY A $100.00 REFUND AFTER CANADA POST INVESTIGATION (90 DAYS)

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE DURING CHECKOUT.

Firearms Policy

Firearms: all sales are FINAL. Once purchased firearms become the property of the owner. If a firearm is defective, we may exchange it within the first 30 days. After 30 days we will assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination. Abuse, incorrect use or subjecting the firearm to extreme conditions may invalidate the warranty. Please email us at info@ctcsupplies.ca to advise us of any firearm issues.

Firearms Shipping

Firearms are shipped together with accessories and parts orders - please allow an additional time for restricted transfers. Additional time is dependent on your provincial Chief Fireams Office.

All firearms must be shipped to registered address on file with Canadian Firearms Centre

Firearms Transfers

ALL firearms purchases are validated through the Canadian Firearms Centre, including non-restricted firearms.
