After much research and a thousand Youtube videos, I decided on the Primary Arms ACSS 22LR Reticle scope for my Ruger 10/22 carbine. I was not disappointed. I mostly use the rifle for plinking, but as well as to protect my horses, dogs, and chickens from small nuisance varmints . Before buying, I tried various other scopes at the range in my research, but I found the Primary Arms to have the clearest glass. After mounting them with low height rings and laser boring the sight, it was off to the range. The ACSS functionality is a real treat. After three rounds, the scope was sighted in. Once sighted in, adjusting for other ranges and wind is so easy. The scope is illuminated as well, a nice function in the winter months when ambient light fades quickly. I'd recommend any ACSS scope from Primary Arms.
Buying from CTC was a pleasure as well. They seem to be the only distributor for the Primary Arms scope, and were out of stock when I first tried to order it. I filled in my email info for contact when more stock came in, and sure enough, two weeks later I was informed in was in stock. Ordering and shipping was seamless.
I will not hesitate buying from CTC in the future.
Just received, need to get mounted and try it out, but looks perfect for my requirements. The only small niggling issue is that Primary Arms forgot to put the batteries in this box.
